couple weeks ago saw a super awesome group show in San Francisco, CA at known gallery.  oh boy!  It really did make my day. marissa textor is one of the artists showing.  these are all graphite drawings. peep game.

I was initially attracted a lot to azechi umetaro's cute little illustrative mountain men, but came to find out he's so much more!  his style really speaks to me. shows both his knowledge of traditional japanese printing as well his breadth of knowledge in contemporary/modern arts.  

love this dude.

horay! can't believe i made it this far, to tell you the truth.  last week was pretty awful and i was sick and bummed around like a baby.  didn't quite make it through the week. oh well. i am pretty happy with the results, although they were mostly done under the influence of a high fever and too many popsicles.  weeeeee!
